You can summon us in an emergency to fix the shutters. Any maintenance or repair to the shutter or powering equipment can be undertaken regularly under our rolling maintenance programme, which is essential under current Health and Safety legislation, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1997.

BSEN 12453 for automatic gates/shutters

BSEN 12453 requires all automatic gates and roller shutters to meet prescribed safety levels. Anchor will survey the equipment to ensure it is set and working correctly and advise accordingly. Features to be checked include safety edges, safety beams, the operation of any force limitation device, fixed guards etc. A maintenance report is provided for every survey.
